Chair Yoga & Mindfulness 2:00pm - 3:00pm College Avenue Branch Chair yoga is a relaxation that also energizes body and mind by connecting breath to stretches and gentle movements. This activity improves posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and mind/body awareness. It helps to promote more steadiness and confidence in one’s body along with an overall sense of well-being and peace.
