Fall Fest

The Indy Art Center’s annual fall fest, Locally Made: Indy’s Fall Fest, will take place this year at the newly reopened ArtsPark. The free event features artmaking for kids and adults -- including pumpkin painting -- as well as more than 50 artist booths on Oct. 17 from noon to 5 p.m. As always, artists will keep 100% of their sales. Also in ArtsPark, Ash & Elm Cider Co. is hosting Autumntidings, which celebrates fall ciders, food from local chefs and more. Both festivals are family- and dog-friendly and take place at ArtsPark, which features a new fully accessible boardwalk, limestone plazas, new sculptures, plantings and more. Make It Take It art experiences also will be available that day but preregistration is required at indyartcenter.org.
