Everyone needs connection - even if you just need a safe space to sit with others without needing to talk. This hour is for YOU. LaDonna hosts this space with a lot of creative, supportive, and engaging ways to feel welcome and "seen".
In 2026 each month will have a different theme guiding the structured activities. All skill levels are welcome and activities can be adapted. However - participation is always optional. If you just need a warm space to be near others or have some conversation, that's fine! This is a safe space to share your struggles, talk about your favorite sports team, or just listen to others share about their interests.
