Whether you are here for the live music on the patio, the late-night dance floor, or our brand-new summer flavors, we have your entire Thursday night covered. The Early Vibe: Dinner & Drinks - 6-10p Beat the crowd and arrive early to catch the sunset on the deck. Sip on a cocktail and dive into our New Summer Menu, featuring spectacular specials like our authentic, made-to-order Spanish Paella and fresh Ceviche Clásico. Bonus: Admission is FREE from 6-8p Note: Table service requires a $15 food/drink minimum per person. Our premier resident DJ Gil and DJ Mambo Sound—alongside other occasional guest DJs—will keep the energy moving until 2a with a mix of salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaetón, and Latin hip-hop. 10p – Late Night Cravings: Fuel your dancing with late-night Tacos and Empanadas served fresh starting at 10:00 PM (arrival no later than 10:00 PM for late-night food).
