Pilates on the Plaza

Get ready to sweat, stretch and strengthen your body with Pilates on the Plaza every Thursday from 6:00-7:00 PM at Vermont St. Plaza on the scenic Downtown Canal. This FREE Pilates class, brought to you by the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and our partners at The Hot Room., is designed for all fitness levels and is sure to leave you feeling energized. Bring a mat and a friend, and we’ll see you at Vermont St. Plaza! Class is FREE, but registration is encouraged through The Hot Room’s Downtown schedule at www.thehotroom.com/schedule. The class will be listed under the date and time as “Free Outdoor Pilates on the Plaza.” All participants are required to sign waiver either through registration or on-site. How to Get to Vermont St. Plaza on the Downtown Canal : Walk or ride your bike on the Downtown Canal to Vermont St. Plaza, near 414 W. Vermont St. The Downtown Canal conveniently connects with the Indianapolis Cultural Trail at Walnut St. and inside White River State Park. Paid street parking is available nearby on Vermont St. (between Capitol and Senate Ave.), Indiana. Ave, and Senate Ave. Transit lines, including the Red and Purple Line, are conveniently located nearby.
