Girl Scouts: Miniature Museums
Build Your Tiny Design!
Saturday, April 18 | 9:30-11 a.m. | Ticket Required
What would your dream museum exhibit look like in miniature form? Step into the role of curator, designer, and maker as you build a mini museum exhibit. Earn your Art and Design Badge as you bring small-scale worlds to life.
Fees do not include nonmember museum admission.
What You'll Do
You will receive all the materials to create a Miniature Museum. You will design an exhibit with miniature flair using tiny supplies like buttons, clothespins, pipe cleaners, corks, and more. Magical details will be added with paint, hot glue, and imagination.
This event is taking place on Earth Day, a museum-wide event. If you buy admission tickets for the day, additional free activities will be taking place throughout the museum to celebrate.
Badge Information
This event is for Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts to earn their Art and Design Badge. The badge can be purchased for $3 on the registration page. If you purchase the badge from us, you will receive it at check-in.
Where You'll Go
This event takes place in our classroom workshop space located on Level 1. We will meet in the Welcome Center and walk over together as a group.
