About the Roof It all started in Atlanta back in 1996. We were originally located in Buckhead where the locals kept the place packed and musicians kept the place rocking. With great live music being such a driving force for our success, it made perfect. At the Tin Roof, we pride ourselves in being a bar that doesn’t serve “bar food.” We’re known far and wide for our fresh salads, great quesadillas, giant sandwiches and award-winning appetizers. What makes our food so popular? To start, we make our own salsa, guacamole and marinades—all from scratch. Our bread is made locally and brought in fresh and all our recipes start with the freshest ingredients we can find. Good For Groups, Take Out, Catering, Waiter Service and Outdoor Seating

IndyGo’s Julia M. Carson Transit Center (201 E Washington St) is a short walk and serves as the system’s downtown hub; the Red Line BRT also runs through downtown along Meridian and Capitol with nearby stops. Rideshare drop-offs commonly use Pennsylvania Street by Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
